The First Pictures of Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and North West Surface
The day has finally arrived. TMZ has obtained the FIRST non-official photos of Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and North West out in public for the very first time.
The family was spotted leaving a Los Angeles medical facility on Wednesday with their nanny. Not surprisingly, everyone looks extremely happy and healthy (Kim and Kanye actually smile around one another as they load up their car).
As for those close-up shots of the couple's new bundle of joy, it looks like we're going to have to wait a bit longer as North West was fully covered in a car seat. You didn't think these two would show off baby North so easily, did you?
